Constant Frame Rate

Allow Constant Frame Rate from App using the iPhone 17 pro line up. So far it seems the Black Magic Camera App is the only example I can give of an iPhone video recording app that lets users choose the reference source as internal, though I think Final Cut allows for using external. Either way love getting more ways to shoot constant frame rate on iPhone.
