Increase visibility

Coming summer (at least in my country) the powerful sun can sometimes tricks our eyes (combined with the phone screen).

Could a button be implemented with (let’s say 3 stages) of screen luminosity (50%-75%-100%) so we can control it within the app and not open phone controls just for a quick photo?
