Locked Interface to Prevent Accidental Touch

I often use the Moment Pro camera app for selfies. Though, I noticed that it is very easy to accidentally open the gallery, swipe settings, etc. while not seeing the screen.

I would love to see an even more locked-down mode (not Zen mode—I, personally, do not use that mode since it still gives the gallery button).

Some mode that would really lock the interface and can only be disabled by, for example, holding the center of the screen for 2-3 seconds?
