Option to sync app settings to iCloud

For users reinstalling MPC 2, switching devices, or having multiple devices, it would be beneficial to have the ability to save app settings and profiles, possibly even LUTs, to iCloud. This way, users wouldn’t have to reconfigure everything each time.
