Allow users to snap a pic during video mode.

How it works

• Condition: Video mode - Recording is in-progress

• A “Capture button” will appear to the left of the “Stop”

• Tap to capture photo without exiting the video

Consideration

• Potentially need a setting so users can set wether they want to save .jpg or .heif.
