Preserve Shutter setting across Video shooting modes

I’d like to keep my shutter setting to be preserved and locked in (180 angle degrees). Annoyingly this always changes randomly whenever I go into the app. There’s no explicit ‘shutter speed’ toggle in the ‘Preserve setting’ menu. Please add this in, it will make it so much easier for videographers everywhere, thanks!
