Shutter Speed direction - add as a toggle

Benefit

User’s have the ability to decide which direction their Shutter Speed Wheel runs.

Context

• Currently SS wheel direction is consistent with other controls in that swiping to the right will create a brighter image.

• But this can be confusing as you go from 1/500 - 1/1 (the logical brain want’s the bottom denominator to get bigger)

How

• In settings in an Accessibility Panel toggle the “SS Control Direction”
