Natural Processing is MPC II’s take on unprocessed photography.
The native Apple camera has made wonderful technical advancements to get you incredibly clear shot with ease. They use computational processing which brings clarity and sharpness but can leave photos feeling like simulations.
Natural Processed photos start with Bayer Raw Data which doesn’t have any processing. This workflow does require 12MP and disables the use of zoom and virtual focal lengths, but it allows for your photos to look more authentic by preserving noise, adding film like tone mapping, and avoids over sharpening.
This is a tool that has it’s use cases - it will not work great in low light situations especially with a high ISO.
